At some point in your corporate career, you figure out that the people who get promoted, get paid, and get out of bad situations are not necessarily the smartest people in the room.
They are the ones who know how the game works.
Most corporate professionals spend years trying to figure that out on their own. They watch someone less qualified get promoted. They accept an offer without negotiating because they did not know how to start the conversation. They end up on a PIP with no idea whether to fight it, survive it, or walk out the door. All of that happens because no one taught them the actual system.
That is the gap I built this package to close.
What Seven Years at Amazon and Four Years at Microsoft Taught Me
I spent seven years at Amazon and four as a Senior Leader at Microsoft. I was inside the room where career decisions get made. I saw how performance reviews actually work versus how they are supposed to work. I learned how managers frame promotion conversations, how compensation bands work, and how to position yourself in a negotiation so the conversation goes somewhere.
That information is not in any company handbook. You do not learn it in onboarding. You learn it by being inside long enough and paying close enough attention – or by working with someone who already has.
This Is a Program, Not Three Sessions Stapled Together
I want to be direct about something. If you added up the individual session prices – one 60-minute at $149.99, two 30-minutes at $99.99 each – you would get $349.97. The package is $397. So why would you pay more?
Because you are not buying three sessions. You are buying a structured program with a real deliverable, built-in accountability, and access between sessions.
Here is what that actually looks like:
Session 1 (60 minutes): Build the strategy. Career audit. Compensation strategy – what levers you have and how to use them. 90-day action roadmap. LinkedIn and resume review. At the end of this session, you get a written Career Game Plan document. Not notes. A document you can actually use.
Sessions 2 and 3 (30 minutes each): Execute the strategy. These are not follow-up Q&As. They are execution check-ins. What happened, what needs to adjust, what conversation is coming up that we need to prep for. The plan stops being a document and starts being your actual career.
Email access between sessions. One business day response. If something unexpected comes up – an offer, a difficult conversation, a curveball from your manager – you are not on your own until the next session.
All three sessions scheduled at booking. You do not rebook after each session. You schedule all three upfront. That is what keeps the momentum going instead of letting weeks slip by.
On Salary and Compensation – Let Me Be Honest
I am not going to tell you that working with me will get you a massive salary bump. Base salary moves in small increments – typically a few percent. Anyone who promises you otherwise is selling you something that is not real.
What I can help you do is understand the full picture. Sign-on bonuses have real flexibility – sometimes 50 percent or more above the initial offer. Equity, title, and total comp structure have room that most people never explore because they do not know it exists. And being prepared for the conversation – knowing what to ask for, how to frame it, and when to push – changes outcomes in ways that are hard to put a single number on.
The goal is not to promise you a number. The goal is to make sure you walk into the conversation knowing exactly what you are doing instead of guessing.
Who This Is For
This is for corporate professionals who are done guessing. You are mid-career, you know what you want, and you need a strategy to get there. Maybe you are heading into a performance review or a promotion conversation. Maybe you just got an offer and you are not sure what your real options are. Maybe something is happening at work and you need someone who has been inside these systems to help you think it through.
Whatever the situation – the answer is not to figure it out alone. You have been doing that. Now try having a real strategy.
Stop leaving your career up to chance.
