1. Agreement Overview. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Inside the Cubicle’s website, services, and digital products operated by Cook Career Group, LLC.

2. Billing and Payments. Pricing displayed at the time of purchase applies. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

3. Refunds and Cancellations. All digital product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Coaching session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with proper notice receive credit toward rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice forfeit payment. Coaching sessions and packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and sessions not booked within that time expire. This applies to purchases made on or after October 21, 2026.

4. Accuracy of Information. Website content may contain errors or outdated material. We reserve the right to correct and update content without advance notice.

5. Links to Other Resources. Third-party website links are provided for convenience without endorsement. We bear no responsibility for external content or services.

6. Prohibited Uses. Users may not engage in illegal or fraudulent activities, harassment, malicious code uploads, intellectual property violations, or unauthorized data collection.

7. Intellectual Property. All content, digital products, designs, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Inside the Cubicle (Cook Career Group, LLC).

10. Limitation of Liability. Maximum liability equals the greater of $1 or amounts paid within 30 days preceding claims. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

11. Dispute Resolution. Governed by Washington State law. Washington State courts hold jurisdiction.

Your results depend on your situation, your employer and the choices you make. You are responsible for how you use our materials and for every message you send.

15. Not Legal or HR Advice. Nothing we provide is legal, employment law, tax or human resources advice, and using our materials or services does not create an attorney-client relationship. For decisions about a performance improvement plan, severance agreement, release of claims or employment contract, consult a licensed employment attorney in your state.

16. License to Use Digital Products. When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own career. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, or use it to create competing products.

17. Testimonials and Results. Testimonials and results shared on this website, including our founder’s own results, are individual experiences. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

18. Indemnification. You agree to hold harmless Cook Career Group, LLC and its owner from claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of our materials or services or your violation of these Terms.

19. Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
